Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
Instructions
- Separate 16 Oreo cookies and remove the cream filling. Crush the cookie biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Press the crushed cookies into the bottom of a pan or dish to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the Oreo cream filling and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until light and fluffy.
- Chop the remaining Oreos and fold into the mixture.
- Spread the filling evenly over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Chill overnight for a firmer texture.
- Use a springform pan for easy removal.
- Add chocolate drizzle or extra Oreos on top for decoration.
