Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and onion soup mix.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add sliced mushrooms on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes if desired.
- Serve warm with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
