Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and onion soup mix.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
