Description
Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned simply for a quick, healthy, and delicious side dish made with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes, leaving the skin on if desired.
- Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- Transfer potatoes to a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and herbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer for best crispiness.
- You can add parmesan cheese after cooking for extra flavor.
- Serve with ketchup, garlic aioli, or yogurt dip.
