Description

Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned simply for a quick, healthy, and delicious side dish made with minimal oil.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or thyme (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes, leaving the skin on if desired.
  2. Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  3. Transfer potatoes to a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and herbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  5. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
  6. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer for best crispiness.
  • You can add parmesan cheese after cooking for extra flavor.
  • Serve with ketchup, garlic aioli, or yogurt dip.
