Baked Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings are crispy oven-baked chicken bites coated in a savory garlic butter and Parmesan cheese sauce for a flavorful, crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Season flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge chicken pieces in seasoned flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange chicken pieces on prepared baking sheet and lightly spray tops with cooking spray.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Cook over low heat for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Place baked chicken in a large bowl, pour garlic butter over top, and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, place chicken on a wire rack set over the baking sheet.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
