Description

Baked Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings are crispy oven-baked chicken bites coated in a savory garlic butter and Parmesan cheese sauce for a flavorful, crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. Season flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Dredge chicken pieces in seasoned flour, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange chicken pieces on prepared baking sheet and lightly spray tops with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Cook over low heat for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Place baked chicken in a large bowl, pour garlic butter over top, and toss to coat.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, place chicken on a wire rack set over the baking sheet.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
  • Serve with ranch or marinara for dipping.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture.
