Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafer cookies

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix until thickened.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream gently into the pudding mixture.
  5. In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom.
  6. Add a layer of sliced bananas over the wafers.
  7. Spread a layer of pudding mixture on top.
  8. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with pudding.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
