Ingredients
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 box vanilla wafer cookies
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix until thickened.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream gently into the pudding mixture.
- In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas over the wafers.
- Spread a layer of pudding mixture on top.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with pudding.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best texture, chill overnight.
- Add bananas just before layering to prevent browning.
