  • 480 ml chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen lima beans
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (halal-certified)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chicken broth.
  5. Add potatoes, corn, and lima beans.
  6. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  7. Add shredded chicken, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Simmer uncovered for another 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
