Caesar Spaghetti is a bold and creamy pasta twist on the classic Caesar salad, featuring tender spaghetti tossed in a garlicky Parmesan Caesar dressing with crisp romaine and crunchy croutons.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Grilled chicken (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Caesar dressing, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  5. Gently fold in grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Allow pasta to cool slightly, then toss with chopped romaine lettuce.
  7. Top with croutons and additional Parmesan. Add grilled chicken if desired.
  8. Serve immediately while slightly warm or at room temperature.
