Caramel Banana Nuts Tacos are a fun and indulgent dessert featuring soft taco shells filled with caramelized bananas, crunchy nuts, and a drizzle of rich caramel sauce.


Ingredients

  • 6 small soft taco shells or mini flour tortillas
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 60 ml caramel sauce
  • 50 g chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add sliced bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Cook for 3–4 minutes, gently stirring, until bananas are soft and caramelized.
  4. Warm the taco shells or tortillas according to package instructions.
  5. Spoon the caramelized bananas into each taco shell.
  6. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the bananas.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  8. Top with whipped cream or serve with ice cream if desired.
  9. Serve immediately while warm.
