Ingredients
- 6 small soft taco shells or mini flour tortillas
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 60 ml caramel sauce
- 50 g chopped walnuts or pecans
- Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add sliced bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes, gently stirring, until bananas are soft and caramelized.
- Warm the taco shells or tortillas according to package instructions.
- Spoon the caramelized bananas into each taco shell.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over the bananas.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Top with whipped cream or serve with ice cream if desired.
- Serve immediately while warm.
