Description

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna is a creamy, comforting baked dish made with layers of tender chicken, lasagna noodles, rich Alfredo sauce, and melted cheese for a hearty family-style meal.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked chicken, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
  5. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  6. Layer lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta cheese, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and mozzarella on top.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  11. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and garnish with parsley if desired.
