Description
Chicken Alfredo Lasagna is a creamy, comforting baked dish made with layers of tender chicken, lasagna noodles, rich Alfredo sauce, and melted cheese for a hearty family-style meal.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Layer lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta cheese, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and garnish with parsley if desired.

- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Let the lasagna rest before cutting for cleaner slices.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture.
