Description

Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli is a savory baked roll filled with tender chicken, crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and creamy ranch dressing, wrapped in golden pizza dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 120 ml ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Layer chicken, bacon, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese over the ranch.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper evenly over the filling.
  6. Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a log, sealing the edges and ends.
  7. Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with dried parsley if using.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
