Description
Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli is a savory baked roll filled with tender chicken, crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and creamy ranch dressing, wrapped in golden pizza dough.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 120 ml ranch dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer chicken, bacon, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese over the ranch.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper evenly over the filling.
- Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a log, sealing the edges and ends.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with dried parsley if using.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
