Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 150 g ham, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Layer chicken, ham, mozzarella, and Swiss cheese over the dough.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper evenly over the filling.
- Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a log, sealing the edges tightly.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with dried parsley or seasoning.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Allow resting time before slicing to keep the filling intact.
- Serve with a side of honey mustard or marinara sauce.
