Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 150 g ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  4. Layer chicken, ham, mozzarella, and Swiss cheese over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper evenly over the filling.
  6. Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a log, sealing the edges tightly.
  7. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with dried parsley or seasoning.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Allow resting time before slicing to keep the filling intact.
  • Serve with a side of honey mustard or marinara sauce.
