Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for brownie)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (for cookie dough)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cookie dough)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cookie dough)
- 1 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for cookie dough)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; mix until just combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon brownie batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- For the cookie dough, beat softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Mix in milk and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add heat-treated flour and mix until combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Top each cooled brownie bite with a small scoop of cookie dough.
- Chill for 20 minutes before serving for best texture.

- Heat-treat flour by baking it at 350°F for 5 minutes to make it safe to eat.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- You can drizzle melted chocolate on top for extra indulgence.
