Description

Chocolate Strawberry Cups are an easy no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries nestled in rich melted chocolate and chilled until perfectly set. Sweet, juicy, and indulgent, they’re perfect for parties or romantic treats.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)


Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone molds.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner and spread slightly up the sides.
  4. Add a layer of chopped strawberries into each cup.
  5. Cover strawberries with more melted chocolate until fully coated.
  6. If desired, melt white chocolate and drizzle over the tops.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30–45 minutes until firm.
  8. Remove from liners and serve chilled.
