Chocolate Strawberry Cups are an easy no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries nestled in rich melted chocolate and chilled until perfectly set. Sweet, juicy, and indulgent, they’re perfect for parties or romantic treats.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone molds.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner and spread slightly up the sides.
- Add a layer of chopped strawberries into each cup.
- Cover strawberries with more melted chocolate until fully coated.
- If desired, melt white chocolate and drizzle over the tops.
- Refrigerate for at least 30–45 minutes until firm.
- Remove from liners and serve chilled.
Notes
- Ensure strawberries are completely dry to prevent chocolate from seizing.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Add crushed nuts or shredded coconut for extra texture.
