Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed peas, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pea mixture.
- Gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
- Stir once more before serving.
