Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil (or butter), and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, mix cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
