Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, cleaned and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Reduce heat and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over mushrooms, stirring gently to combine.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes until cheese melts slightly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm.
