  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 150 g cooked ham, diced
  • 120 g shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add diced ham and sauté for 2–3 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
  5. Cook gently, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the eggs.
  7. Continue cooking until eggs are fully set and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from heat, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve warm.
