Description

Healthy banana chocolate cups made with simple ingredients, combining natural sweetness from bananas with rich dark chocolate for a guilt-free, no-bake treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 150g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
  2. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
  4. Add a layer of banana slices on top of the chocolate.
  5. Drizzle a small amount of peanut or almond butter over the bananas.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate to seal each cup.
  7. Sprinkle chopped nuts or seeds on top if desired.
  8. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until set.
  9. Remove from liners and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • Store in the freezer for best texture.
  • Swap peanut butter with any nut or seed butter.
  • Use silicone molds for easy removal.
