Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour buffalo yogurt sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the dish.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
