Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until lightly browned and cooked through.
  3. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour buffalo yogurt sauce evenly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the dish.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
