Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced salami
  • 1/2 cup sliced ham
  • 1/2 cup sautéed bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 10×14 inches).
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, salami, ham, bell peppers, and olives evenly over the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the fillings.
  6. Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a tight log, sealing the edges and pinching the seams closed.
  7. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with beaten egg and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and cut a few small slits to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
