Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced salami
- 1/2 cup sliced ham
- 1/2 cup sautéed bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 10×14 inches).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, salami, ham, bell peppers, and olives evenly over the sauce.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the fillings.
- Carefully roll the dough lengthwise into a tight log, sealing the edges and pinching the seams closed.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with beaten egg and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and cut a few small slits to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
