Description
A rich and indulgent pasta dish combining creamy Alfredo sauce with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and classic cheeseburger flavors.
Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Optional toppings: chopped pickles, green onions
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving some drippings in the pan.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Drain excess fat if needed.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes over medium heat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta, ground beef, bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Toss until everything is well coated and cheese is melted.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with optional toppings.
Notes
- Use turkey bacon or beef bacon for a halal option.
- Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Best served fresh, but can be reheated gently with a splash of cream.
