Description

A rich and indulgent layered Lotus Biscoff dessert featuring creamy layers, crushed biscuits, and a smooth Biscoff spread—perfect for a no-bake treat that’s easy and irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 250g Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crushed
  • 100g melted butter
  • 300g cream cheese, softened
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 200g Lotus Biscoff spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk (optional, to loosen spread)
  • Extra Biscoff biscuits for layering and garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed Biscoff biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press half of the mixture into the base of a dish or cups to form the first layer.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and 100g of Biscoff spread, mixing well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  7. Spread half of the cream mixture over the biscuit base.
  8. Add another layer of crushed biscuits, then the remaining cream mixture.
  9. Warm the remaining Biscoff spread slightly (with milk if needed) and drizzle over the top.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours until set.
  11. Garnish with crushed or whole Biscoff biscuits and serve.
