A rich and indulgent layered Lotus Biscoff dessert featuring creamy layers, crushed biscuits, and a smooth Biscoff spread—perfect for a no-bake treat that’s easy and irresistible.
Ingredients
- 250g Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crushed
- 100g melted butter
- 300g cream cheese, softened
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g powdered sugar
- 200g Lotus Biscoff spread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk (optional, to loosen spread)
- Extra Biscoff biscuits for layering and garnish
Instructions
- Mix crushed Biscoff biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the base of a dish or cups to form the first layer.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and 100g of Biscoff spread, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the biscuit base.
- Add another layer of crushed biscuits, then the remaining cream mixture.
- Warm the remaining Biscoff spread slightly (with milk if needed) and drizzle over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours until set.
- Garnish with crushed or whole Biscoff biscuits and serve.

- Chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
