Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Add butter beans and gently stir to coat.
- Pour in vegetable broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
