Description

Meatball Slider Bombs are cheesy, stuffed dinner rolls filled with savory meatballs and marinara sauce, brushed with garlic butter and baked until golden and gooey.

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen or homemade meatballs, cooked
  • 12 slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a knife, cut a deep hole into the center of each roll without cutting all the way through.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon marinara sauce into each roll.
  4. Insert one cooked meatball into each roll and top with shredded mozzarella.
  5. Place filled rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh bakery rolls for best texture.
  • Cover loosely with foil if tops brown too quickly.
  • Add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
  • Serve with extra marinara for dipping.
