Description
Meatball Slider Bombs are cheesy, stuffed dinner rolls filled with savory meatballs and marinara sauce, brushed with garlic butter and baked until golden and gooey.
Ingredients
- 12 frozen or homemade meatballs, cooked
- 12 slider buns or dinner rolls
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a knife, cut a deep hole into the center of each roll without cutting all the way through.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon marinara sauce into each roll.
- Insert one cooked meatball into each roll and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Place filled rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh bakery rolls for best texture.
- Cover loosely with foil if tops brown too quickly.
- Add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
- Serve with extra marinara for dipping.
