Description

Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap is a hearty and flavorful wrap filled with seasoned ground beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, and fresh toppings, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 120 ml nacho cheese sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeños (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Season the beef with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Warm the nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan or microwave.
  6. Heat tortillas until soft and pliable.
  7. Spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  8. Add seasoned beef on top of the cheese.
  9. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and jalapeños if using.
  10. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  11. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add rice or black beans for a more filling wrap.
  • Use whole-wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Serve with salsa or sour cream on the side.
