Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 120 ml nacho cheese sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat if needed.
- Season the beef with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Warm the nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan or microwave.
- Heat tortillas until soft and pliable.
- Spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
- Add seasoned beef on top of the cheese.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and jalapeños if using.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add rice or black beans for a more filling wrap.
- Use whole-wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream on the side.
