Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 3 bananas (sliced)
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries for topping


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Refrigerate the crust for 20–30 minutes to set.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Layer sliced bananas evenly over the filling.
  7. Add crushed pineapple and sliced strawberries on top.
  8. Spread additional whipped topping over the fruit layer.
  9. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts.
  10. Top with cherries.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
