Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits or graham crackers
- 1 cup cold milk (for dipping)
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Strawberry sauce or jam (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and creamy.
- Quickly dip biscuits into milk and layer them at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat layers (biscuits, cream, strawberries) until ingredients are used up.
- Top with extra strawberries and drizzle strawberry sauce if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to set (or serve immediately for a softer texture).
