Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • 1 cup cold milk (for dipping)
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Strawberry sauce or jam (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until light and creamy.
  3. Quickly dip biscuits into milk and layer them at the bottom of a dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits.
  5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  6. Repeat layers (biscuits, cream, strawberries) until ingredients are used up.
