Ingredients
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, onion, and garlic.
- Add eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese (if using), salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Form mixture into evenly sized patties and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Brush tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and set.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
