Ingredients

  • 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, onion, and garlic.
  3. Add eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese (if using), salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  4. Form mixture into evenly sized patties and place on prepared baking sheet.
