Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 1/2 lb lump crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp and crab meat.
- Add celery and red onion to the bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over seafood mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled over lettuce, in sandwiches, or with crackers.
