Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
- 4 tablespoons burger sauce or mayonnaise
- Pickles (optional)
- Lettuce (optional)
- Tomato slices (optional)
Instructions
- Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and loosely shape into balls.
