Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels

- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (3 oz) lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup cold water
- Additional whipped topping for garnish
- Lemon slices and blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
