Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, divided

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, divided
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden with a nutty aroma. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine 2 cups graham cracker crumbs with the browned butter until evenly moistened.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  6. Fold in half of the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  7. Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the chilled crust.
  8. Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  9. Spread the pudding evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  10. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  11. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon over the top.
  12. Garnish with white chocolate shavings if desired.
  13. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
