Ingredients
- 1 baguette or loaf of bread
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, and oregano.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Slice and serve warm.
