Description

Golden, crispy cheesy garlic bread loaded with buttery garlic flavor and melted cheese—perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or loaf of bread
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, and oregano.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
