Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for cookie dough)

  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  9. For the cookie dough, beat softened butter and brown sugar until creamy.
  10. Mix in vanilla extract and milk.
  11. Stir in heat-treated flour until a soft dough forms.
  12. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  13. Roll small portions of cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly.
  14. Place one cookie dough piece on top of each cooled brownie bite.
  15. Optionally sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top before serving.
