Ingredients
- 8 rice paper sheets

Instructions
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water.
- Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for a few seconds until soft.
- Lay it flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of peanut butter in the center.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and honey over the peanut butter.
- Sprinkle crushed nuts or coconut if using.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a spring roll.
- Repeat with remaining rice paper sheets.
