  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 14 oz smoked beef sausage, sliced

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
