Ingredients

  • 250g fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine.
  6. Bring to a gentle simmer and stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
  8. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
