Ingredients

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese and milk, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
- Pour in the blended cottage cheese sauce and stir gently.
- Add Parmesan cheese and cook on low heat until warmed through (do not boil).
- Add cooked pasta and toss until well coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
