Ingredients

  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • Extra lime zest and whipped cream for garnish


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and divide into serving cups for the crust layer.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
