Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- Extra lime zest and whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and divide into serving cups for the crust layer.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
