Description

A rich and creamy Italian-inspired chicken dish featuring tender chicken breasts simmered in a garlic parmesan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
  7. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.
  9. Serve hot with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Use halal chicken if required.
  • You can substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
