Ingredients

  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate milk or espresso
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream gently into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Mix chocolate hazelnut spread into half of the mascarpone mixture for a brownie batter flavor.
  5. Lightly drizzle brownie pieces with chocolate milk or espresso.
  6. Add a layer of brownie pieces into serving cups.
  7. Spoon chocolate mascarpone mixture over the brownies.
  8. Repeat layers until cups are filled.
  9. Dust tops with cocoa powder.
  10. Garnish with chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips.
  11. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
