Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark or milk chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • Chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and divide into serving cups to form the base.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add pistachio cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into the pistachio mixture until light and creamy.
  6. Spoon the pistachio filling over the cookie crust layer.
  7. Pour melted chocolate over the pistachio layer.
  8. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and chocolate shavings on top.
