Description

An indulgent no-bake Ferrero Rocher dessert layered with creamy chocolate hazelnut filling, crunchy wafers, and crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates—perfect for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • Chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into dessert cups or a serving dish to form the base.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add chocolate hazelnut spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until light and creamy.
  7. Fold in half of the crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
  8. Spoon or pipe the filling over the crust.
  9. Top with remaining crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates and chopped hazelnuts.
  10. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  11. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
