An indulgent no-bake Ferrero Rocher dessert layered with creamy chocolate hazelnut filling, crunchy wafers, and crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates—perfect for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- Chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into dessert cups or a serving dish to form the base.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add chocolate hazelnut spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until light and creamy.
- Fold in half of the crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
- Spoon or pipe the filling over the crust.
- Top with remaining crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates and chopped hazelnuts.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.

- Use chilled heavy cream for easier whipping.
