Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (halal)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices over the sauce.
- Season with oregano and garlic powder.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
