Description

Easy and cheesy pepperoni pizza roll ups made with soft dough, savory sauce, and melted cheese, perfect as a snack, appetizer, or quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (halal)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices over the sauce.
  5. Season with oregano and garlic powder.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
