Description
Delicious frozen banana peanut butter bites coated in chocolate, a healthy and satisfying no-bake snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto half of the banana slices.
- Top with remaining banana slices to make small sandwiches.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each banana bite into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place back on the tray and freeze again for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is set.
- Serve frozen and enjoy.
