Description

Delicious frozen banana peanut butter bites coated in chocolate, a healthy and satisfying no-bake snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a small amount of peanut butter onto half of the banana slices.
  3. Top with remaining banana slices to make small sandwiches.
  4. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each banana bite into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  7. Place back on the tray and freeze again for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is set.
  8. Serve frozen and enjoy.
