Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra lemon slices or zest for garnish
Instructions
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Freeze the crust for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, lemonade concentrate, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the lemonade mixture until smooth.
- Spread filling evenly over the crust.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Slice into bars and garnish with lemon zest or lemon slices before serving.
