Ingredients

  • 500g steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Pat steak pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer without overcrowding.
  4. Sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring to form a crust.
  5. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute.
  7. Sprinkle in parmesan cheese and toss steak bites until evenly coated.
  8. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well combined.
  9. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
