Ingredients
- 500g steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat steak pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Add steak bites in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring to form a crust.
- Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute.
- Sprinkle in parmesan cheese and toss steak bites until evenly coated.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
