Description

Honey Lemon Salmon is a quick and flavorful dish featuring tender, flaky salmon glazed with a sweet and tangy honey-lemon sauce, perfect for a healthy and elegant meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking tray or in a pan.
  4. Brush the honey lemon sauce generously over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or cook in the pan for 4–5 minutes per side until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  6. Spoon extra sauce over the salmon before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

  • Marinate the salmon for 15 minutes for deeper flavor.
