Ingredients
- 250g elbow macaroni

- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, cracked black pepper, and soy sauce.
- Pour honey pepper sauce over the chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes until sticky. Set aside.
- In another saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth and thickened.
- Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked macaroni and stir until fully coated.
