Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce or sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomato
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Mayonnaise or spicy sauce


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, chili sauce, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden.
  5. Toast burger buns lightly if desired.
  6. Assemble burgers by spreading sauce on buns, adding lettuce, tomato, chicken patty, and cheese if using.
  7. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
