Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce or sriracha
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomato
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Mayonnaise or spicy sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, chili sauce, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden.
- Toast burger buns lightly if desired.
- Assemble burgers by spreading sauce on buns, adding lettuce, tomato, chicken patty, and cheese if using.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
Notes
- Do not overmix the meat to keep patties tender.
- Adjust spice level to your preference.
